Can I return an item?
Yes, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund for the order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the package are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Studio Mippe with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@studiomippe.com. We will refund the amount owed as soon as we have received the product in good order.

How can I register a return?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal as described above, please notify us of your return by email (within 14 days of receiving the item). You can send an email to info@studiomippe.com , including your order number. You will then receive return information by email.

What are the conditions for returns?

• Items must be returned (if reasonably possible) in their original condition and packaging. We may charge a fee for any resulting reduction in value.
• Returns must be registered with us within 14 days of receipt.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are possible upon consultation. To do so, please contact us by sending an email to info@studiomippe.com . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can a return be collected?
We do not collect items, you can inquire with the carrier.

When will the amount be refunded?
We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receipt and will refund your purchase amount no later than 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. The refund will be made to the account used for payment.

Can I return the item to you myself?
This is possible upon consultation. You can contact us for this by sending an email to info@studiomippe.com . Of course, you must adhere to the return policy.
